Transformers

In addition to loadbanks, Northbridge also manufactures a range of packaged transformers from 2.9MVA to 5.8MVA for stepping voltages up or down. These transformers are multi-tap and can operate at voltages from 2.5kV to 15kV.

All Northbridge transformers are fitted with medium voltage and low voltage switchgear and fitted in ISO-type weatherproof containers and supplied with flexible medium voltage cable in a wide range of lengths. We also provide specialist engineers and operators to install, commission and operate all packages.
